Amendment of the Child Care Act to enable entitlement to childcare allowance for Ukrainian displaced persons in view of the Council Implementing Decision establishing the existence of a massive influx of displaced persons from Ukraine within the meaning of Article 5 of Council Directive 2001/55/EC of 20 July 2001 and introducing temporary protection as a result thereof and in addition parents with a partner outside the European Union Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland are also entitled to childcare allowance
